I am currently in high school and am thinking about attending the University of Kentucky. How can I set up a campus tour and/or a meeting with a representative in the College of Communications and Information Studies?
We are delighted that you’re considering UK! Please contact the Visitor Center (http://www.uky.edu/VisitorCenter/) to set up an informational session and campus tour. We will do our best to accommodate all appointment requests.
I’m thinking about transferring to the University of Kentucky. How do I know how my credits will transfer?
The University of Kentucky has a transfer equivalency database that lists how many courses at other institutions will transfer to UK. The database is located at this link: http://www.iris.uky.edu/TransferEquivalency/
Please be aware that this is not a comprehensive list. If a course does not appear in the database, UK’s transfer equivalency office will have to review it to determine the course equivalency.
Information about transferring to UK can be found here: http://www.uky.edu/Admission/transfer.htm
Please feel free to contact Ryan Wagoner, Assistant Director of Transfer Recruitment, at ryan.wagoner@uky.edu with any questions you may have.
